Need to reset your password?
- Click Sign in > Forgotten Password & follow the directions listed.
Want your company name to be confidential and appear private?
- When uploading your position, the Alt Employer/Recruiter field can be populated with any text of your choosing, which will appear in place of the company name (ex: Private, Confidential, etc.).
Having trouble uploading a logo?
- Logos must be 360 x 180 pixels with a maximum file size of 244KB.
- .jpg, .gif, .png, .jpeg are the only acceptable file formats.
Don’t need your job ad to stay up for its entire duration?
- All package options include a minimum purchase of 30 days, but you can expire your job posting at any time within that period by visiting Your Jobs.
Want to view the applications made to your job posting?
- From the Employer packages link, click on Your Jobs to log in. Then, click the Live job in question to see its stats (views and applications).
When will I receive my receipt/invoice copy?
- You will receive a receipt and invoice copy within 2-3 business days of posting your open position.
I have a receipt copy saved to my Employer account that does not include taxes/VAT - what is this?
- The receipt copy on your employer account is for the order confirmation. Taxes/VAT are calculated and based upon the location of the customer. This amount will be itemised and appear on your electronic invoice copy once your order has been processed.
I am receiving the message “Payment is in progress” but have not yet entered payment details - what is happening?
- Click “Continue to next screen” - your payment details will be requested here.
Can I pay my invoice over the phone?
- You can make a payment by phone to our AR team at 1-800-434-3433 > option 1. They will request your account number and invoice number which is located on the top of your electronic invoice copy.
I have made a payment online and received my receipt. Why is my ad in “Pending” status?
- Make sure you have verified your email address; this is required for all jobs to post live. Check your spam/junk folders for email verification.
- To complete the process of verifying your email address, please check your inbox upon sign-up and click the link provided in the message.
Why is my advertisement “Awaiting approval”?
- Any advertisement containing discriminatory or offensive words, as well as those that include contact details, will be held in a queue while awaiting content approval.
- Quality checks and amendments will be carried out by our admin team before these jobs are published to site.
